Fed up with people asking questions rather than doing a bit of research?
Send them to www.fuckinggoogleit.com which will give them a polite message (well it's all relative) and then redirect to the google search results.
e.g.
http://www.fuckinggoogleit.com/search?query=sql+server+tree+hierarchy
or even

www.fuckinggoogleit.com/search?query=www.nigelrivett.com

www.justfuckinggoogleit.com works as well.

Wish they had an option with an address without a swear word in it but...

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

I suppose he's getting $$$ for putting up that site from Google... but yeah... teh site admin could have been a little more discrete by putting JFGoogleIT.com

Now if google can just speak English cause I'm too lazy to open another browser and JFGoogleIT

I think I wanna T-shirt of that now

Isn't there something using @ and : that makes the second part of the query run ... the Scam folk use it to make URLs look legit. Trouble is I can't remember the syntax (Blast, can't find it in BoL!)

In which case you could post

http://www.sqlteam.com@:!?#+£www.google.com/search?query=sql+server+tree+hierarchy

where "@:!?#+£" is the magic cookie, of course
