I was wondering about the forum on this site, and the database in general. I almost think that the way the tables might have been designed were done incorrectly. FOr instance, if I update a signature don't you think it should / would go back to all my posts and update the signature ? It seems odd that my old posts have a different sig. then any of my new posts.Did someone forget to join and just coded a copy and paste ?Just bored....here....no reason for the post :). I had to do training today, and boy was it strange. The first few went perfect, than I had to give one at 1:30pm - 2:15pm and all the hot heads were there. But I dont know if it went good or bad because I had no questions..just the gloomy looks.O well...cant wait till friday..just another day closer to monday Keeping the web experience alive -- http://www.web-impulse.comImperfection living for perfection -- http://jhermiz.blogspot.com/ |

It's just the way Snitz works, it keeps the sig as part of the post.Damian |

I like it this way. But it sometimes makes for funny results because for a while my sig was related to my title, but my title has since changed. Sometimes I wish the post count and title would stay fixed with the post text so I could see how far along somebody was when they made the post. And so title-related comments still made sense. But hey, who am I to complain? Don't knock it - just change your sig every now and againsteveAnd how is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. |

I think it's more realistic this way -- it's like a hand-written signature on paper documents. I mean, if I decide from this point forward to change my signature to "J-Money S." or something cool like that, the documents I've signed previously do not magically all change! - Jeff |
