Atul writes "I am trying to get a file using FTP task. It copies the file to the local folder and then it automatically deletes it just before it says "successfully completed step". I tried to import more than one file and then it worked. If there is only one file it deletes it automatically. The same question has been asked on the Microsoft newsgroups and PASS Discussion Forums. But I don't think anyone knows the answer as there was no response. I'll greatly appreciate any help on this.
Thanks for your time.

I believe SP 1 fixes this issue.--I hope that when I die someone will say of me "That guy sure owed me a lot of money" |

Yes it was a known bug with non service packed SQL2K. Annoying isn't it. Just apply SP1 and you'll be fine. |
