It looks like I was able to get it in, but seems like there's no security built in or i can't hide link reports. Seems like those feature are missing from the main reporting services application.

RS uses your domain user manager security. So does sharepoint, so whatever settings you have set in the manager should work in the web part.
Must be because I'm network admin lol , which gives me all admin rights to RS. I tried setting a login script to login as a test dummy and it works. Thanks.
