SQLTeam job postings?

My company is getting ready to hire someone, and I'm wondering if there's any mechanism here on SQLTeam for job postings. Given the overall quality of this community, I have to think it would be more productive and useful than the usual "post to craigslist, dig through 2000 resumes (100 of which meet the requirements) for the next month" approach.

You may want to ask graz (Bill Graziano) about this, because they sell advertising on this site and a job posting is a form of advertising.
