I accidently deleted my table. Is there any way I can get back my deleted data. I have not done any backup.

If you have not backup then it is not possible
If you have used Begin Trans then you could rollback it

If db uses full recovery model, you may be able to recover the table.

maybe you should check out your transaction logs if you have any?

If your DB is full recovery, you still need a good backup and all the transaction log(s) to recover back to the point in time before the deletion. If you have a product such as Lumigent's "Log Explorer" installed, you can read your transaction logs and then build a script to "undo" your deletes.
