We use Profiler and record ALL CREATE and ALTER statements. But, we're one of those financial companies that have auditors crawling out of the woodwork.

The Date/Time is available in the sysobjects table ("crdate" I think), using that you could check your Transaction Log backups around that time.

You can collect it into specific tables using Profiler. You can also use one ofthe products like Lumigent Log Explorer or Log PI, as Kristen mentioned.

lumigent.com, apexsql.com and logpi.com all have products that you can use to look through the transaction logs. All 3 companies allow free downloadable eval versions too.
