| Hi everyone,I'll update one of my sql server service pack from sp2 to sp 4. If I need apply sp3 first or can directly go to sp4. Form somewhere I saw can be directly applied to sp4 but I'm not so sure. Any help is welcome.Thanks,Chen |

| you can go right to SP4. keep in mind that some people have experienced performance problems after upgrading to SP4. You might want to do a search on this site for the threads discussing the issues encountered with SP4.It goes without saying that you should probably test SP4 as thoroughly as possible in your test environment prior to the upgrade. -ec |
