Personally, I hate DTS...

That said, let me point out that DTS in SQLServer 2000 is supposed to be much, much better. In fact, I got the opportunity to talk with someone at Microsoft about it earlier this year. He gave me the lowdown on new features of DTS and some guidelines for designing good DTS packages. Look for an article on DTS 2000 soon.
