I have a SP on one server, which needs to be executed from another server.
How to achieve this?

Add other server as Linked Server and do query
Look for sp_AddLinkedServer in BOL

I know how to create a linked server. I am firing a query which executes successfully. But how to execute a SP?

Did you try this?
EXEC ServerName.DBName.OwnerName.SpName 'Parameters' -- if any

Yes I am trying the same thing mentioned by you... I am getting the following error
