Microsoft released Service Pack 3 for SQL Server 7. The base download is a whopping 37MB and it's cumulative of the two previous service packs. Be sure to read the rather long Readme file before installing.

A pain to install

It took 8 times of running and re-running the service pack to get it to fully install. Much more irritating to install than previous service packs.
