Error: 1101, Severity 17, State 10.
Could not allocate new page for database 'TEMPDB'. There are no more pages available in filegroup DEFAULT. Space can be created by dropping objects, adding additional files, or allowing file growth.
TEMPDB is set to autogrow and there is space available.
I appreciate any help on the best way to handle this. Thanks very much."

The error means you have run out of disk space or your tempdb is out of space.

As it is Friday and you are out of space, I'd say it's a good time to start the weekend early. If you aren't familiar with how to check the TEMPDB filesize and correct the problem just let us know in a different question since you can't respond to this one.
