do this in enterprise manager to make it easier for you...

drop all subscriptions from the publication where the table is being replicated

then open the publication property and just uncheck the table

then add the subscriptions you dropped before, run snapshot and you're all set

What kind of replication you are useing? Is it merge/transactional/snapshot?
