I think oracle_corrgi is way beyond "lost". More something like the white areas on the maps in 19th century.
He should really reconsider his professional careerpath.

I think the possible reason should be
(a) wrong database. Should use oracle
(b) wrong name. Should change name to mssql_corrgi

Thank goodness this data was dealing with service and maintenance of critical and important equipment. Let the redundant and frivilous stuff get handled outside the database.
