I wonder if Gonxia was upset? He hasn't asked a question since he changed picture.
Even if we wrote about him here, we still helped him with all his questions.

you should probably define "help", peter...

those patient enough tried to steer him in the right direction,
but i feel as there was a really big gap in the communication.

someone here has a signature that says something like:
Solutions are easy, understanding the problem , now that's the hard part.

Help, for me, is analysing the question, correcting mistakes and in the end, giving examples how to solve to problem in a manageable way. Even if that is ditching the attempts made by poster so far, to start all over again.

And yes, I haven't seen Ryan around here for some time now.

"Top thread for each category ( > 100 replies)"

I used sort by VIEWings - shows popularity of posts - to build my FGA originally:

Script Library - 39672 - Export to Excel

The Yak Corral - 29639 - Simple Quiz

General SQL Server - 21493 - recursive Stored Procedure in SQL Server

Developer - 21220 - SQL Server 2000 XML

New to SQL Server - 20473 - FAQ - Frequently Given Answers

Administration - 10813 - Log Shipping -Shrinking Log and Data files

Transact-SQL - 8875 - Concat function

DTS / replication - 7282 - All I have is the .bak file

So on a site dedicated to supporting users The Yak Corral wins!

Madhi wins!
