Unless you happen to be employed by Addison Wesley Longman, Inc 2000, and are working on their "Fundamentals of Database Systems, Third Edition" project, then THIS IS A HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING YOURSELF!
If you post your coding attempt and explain where you are stuck, you MAY get some assistance. But "Please do my assignment for me" does not get much respect around here.
I gotta give you credit for a lot of balls though. Many people post homework questions on these forums, but I've never seen anybody actually include the page from the textbook. Bravo!
