From everything I'm reading, I shouldn't be getting this error in 2005: Too many backup devices specified for backup or restore; only 64 are allowed. RESTORE HEADERONLY is terminating abnormally. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 3205)I have both SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 (Express) on same dev box, have loaded SP 4 for 2000, I'm trying to restore this in 2005.Why am I still getting this error?Help is appreciated greatly. Can you post the restore statement you're using, that way we don't have to guess. |

I reinstalled sql express and that fixed the problem.Thanks for your help. |
