Is there any tool or method available thru which i can generate a list of all Stored procs and the tables used in those Stored Procs.Please help

you can use sp_depends 'stored proc name' to start with.

Can i generate any diagram for this.Or any utility which creates a relation showing that the name of tables being used in the SP?
