You want to recover db without log file? Did you go through procedure listed?

Try This...


USE [master]
GO
CREATE DATABASE [Test] ON
(FILENAME = N'G:\MSSQL\Data\Test.mdf')
FOR ATTACH_REBUILD_LOG
GO

This should do the trick
