I have tried by Exporting Data Programatically with bcp and xp_cmdshell and it is working fine for text file but it is not working for MS Access file. when I given the path name for exporting file is c:\temp.mdb, it is showing data is copied but when i open the file is showing unrecognized file format.
Please help me.

You cannot use bcp for exporting to Access, you're ending up with a file with an .mdb extension that is a bcp file not an Access database.

Use the Export Wizard or DTS and select Microsoft Jet as the destination.
