Hi Experts,

Whats is the best Disk raid for TempDB? Will the performance of the database will go slow if I move it to a slower disk like RAID 5 with 5000 RPM?

RAID 10 is best. on RAID5, it will definitely be slower especially with 5000RPM.
Its been a while since I have seen 5000RPM except on a laptop. Usually servers are 10k or 15k RPM
