Try to attach. If that doesn't work create a new database, stop the server, replace the .mdf with your corrupt one then start the server.

Gurus I would like to tell you the steps which i am following.
1)Create a NEW DB 2)dettach the new DB 3)Attach the db 4)give the location of the MDF file(MDF file of the suspect DB) 5)Location of LDF shud be the location of new DB 6)Attach it
