Try to attach.If that doesn't work create a new database, stop the server, replace the .mdf with your corrupt one then start the server.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |

Can you Please guide me dis the steps..i have made the new DB and sql server is stopped now...Where do i put my original MDf now of the suspect db?RegardsNitin |

I would detach new db .. ensure orig. mdf is in same location and attach db pointing to orig mdf file |
