Anyone know if the priority boost option slows down DTS packages? Technically they run under an EXE other than SQL Server which is given the boost... I ask because it takes 3 minutes to open perfmon when the boost option is set. I'm going to test it out but was just wondering if anyone had already done testing.

Thanks.

I've never tested DTS packages with the priority boost option. I do know that our most of our production environments perform better in general with the priority boost option turned off.
