Hi All , i have a c# appliaction on two computers connected to sql server 2000 database.......on the main computer where i have the microsfot sql server 2000 installed my c# appliaction works well. but on the other machine the client one i cannot access my database on the main computer.always a message apperas telling " Timeout ....BLa bLa BLa " and i have 3 buttons , quit or continue = doing nothing and details.i don't know why that's happen although i have created a user in sql enterprise manager , there are anything i have to do with ports or TCP/IP ?please help urgently ....... i'll lose my work |

How do you connect to sql server in your c# app? What's connection string? |
