Google is your friend?

I looked at the Member list and noticed the date when you joined Yak.
In Google, I then searched for

+Peso +"05/12/2006" site:sqlteam.com

In some cases I got a result, in some cases I had to add one day to the search to see if I got a result then.

Not when joining SQLTeam.

I started using SQL Server with version 4.21, quickly jumped to 6.0 and landed on 6.5.
Learned 7.0, went on to 2000 and 2005 and now is learning 2008.

Started using SQL Server in 1993. So this is my 14th year using it.

Now this is an interesting question. There were actually some "forums" on this site prior to using these Snitz forums. Just some junk I wrote myself. Here's the first thread on the Snitz forums: http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1001. As you can see, I was ready for Kristen even then. Unfortunately by the time the way back machine (http://web.archive.org/web/20001018073850/http://www.sqlteam.com/) found us I was already using the new forums.

And here's the first thread that was ever posted on the site. http://www.sqlteam.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1040. Though a later THREAD_ID the date is actually before the 1001 thread. Check out that author! I imported these into the forums after setting up these forums.

what happen to the time ? How can it be blank ? NULL value ? You are using separate column for time ? or are we already on SQL 2008 ?

Snitz stores dates in a character column in YYYYMMDDHHMMSS format. When I converted the original threads I just ignored the time portion.

Things moved a lot slower back then. The question was posted on 08/02/2000, and the first reply was on 04/17/2001.
