Apparently there is a PASS europe as well, 2006 was in Barcelona.

It was hard to find but there was one in Munich around May this year. It's called the PASS European conference. I suppose they will have another in 2008.Correction, Munich was 2005, it looks like they skipped 2007, maybe not enough turnout previously?
