For the past few months I have been interviewing Network Admin types, and SQL Dba types.
Unfortunatly everyone stopping in, thinks 3 years of telephone support experience qualifies them.
Im in the Milwaukee area, does anyone have a reference or perhaps advice where I find someone with more than a pulse?
/frustrated.

Do I recall some talk awhile back about a forum dedicated for job/contract stuff?

I periodically (like now) get motivated to find a new job and I never got any offers from the dream company.

We are a small company (30 employees) everyone here is paid based on skill. The ideal person would know basics for Routing (cisco), Active Directory, TCPIP, DNS, SQL (where i need the most help), Server 2003, and possibly Web Coding. Its kind of a tall list. But any of those skills has a home. :-p Im open to any suggestions.
Pay.. that would probably vary between 10/hr to 80/hr based on how useful you make yourself.
I didnt graduate Highshool, and I do pretty good :)

Please don't post job listings in the forums. We have a dedicated job board for that.

Thanks,
