Oh dear. I knew he had not updated his blog in ages - was he ill?

EDIT - I'm not taking the wee wee - I mean was it sudden or is this related to him doing nothing high profile for some time.

I met him at the MVP summit when he presented his SQL Nexus tool for the first time..
Ironically we just started using the Nexus last week when MS officially released the tool kit..

Its a different feeling when someone you've met in person passes away..

I read a few of his books..Very good stuff.
