| Hi, does anyone knows what is database validation cleanup,data cleansing based on business rules that define valid field entries, resolving unmatched or mismatched records and inclusion of rudimentary validations for incoming data.Pl help me where can i find info on this online?thanks. |

| It means exactly what it says; following some business rules for a data cleanup exercise, getting rid of orphaned records etc (even though you really shouldn't have any if yoour database is set up correctly). As for reading material, anything about database design should be able to help you. |
