same way
it doesnt make any difference if you use query or procedure but URL side will always be the same.

I never reported back what my problem was. For some reason, things work well if I use http://servab16/ReportServer$SQL2005 even though http://servab16/Reports$SQL2005 can be used to access reports. Not sure what the difference is or why only one of them work when I try to pass parmeters.

first go to report server configuration manager and check the exact virtual directory set and also reportserverurl set
