Author  Topic  denise Starting Member 14 Posts Posted - 2008-05-13 : 14:58:40 We updated a pc to Access 2007 and now can't open our Access 2000 database. Error we get is: You do not have the necessary permission to use the 'p:\fspr\apps\data\ledger.mdb' object. I can still open it from my pc which has Access 2000. We did follow the directions to add the directory where the db resides into the Trust Center in Access 2007, but still have the error. Also added macro settings. The server with the database is in Active Directory. Any idea what else we need to do so that we can use the database from the pc with Access 2007? Thanks very much.
