Hi there, I really hope someone can help me cause I've been trying to work this out all day.I'm creating Virtual PC image which will include sharepoint 2007 (don't know if that will be relevant)I'm at the stage where I'm installing SQL server 2005. In the setup, at the Service Account dialog, there is an option "Use built-in System account", there should be an option for "Network Service", however, there's only one option, "Local System". I can't seem to find out why the "Network Service" account isn't there. To be honest, if I knew that choosing the "local system" wouldn't effect any other applications so that they all worked together I would choose it, I just don't want to mess my selection up.Does anyone know why I might not be seeing this account and what difference it will make if I just choose the "local system"?hope someone can help and thank you. |
