| Hello, i've been using SQL for a while now, however we just starting using terminal services, and we set up the box to have all the SQL management tools on it. however since we moved to the terminal server, every time we open a connection to one of your MSSQL servers, it hangs for about 30-45 seconds before it opens the connects..the problem occurs both in the old query analyzer, SSMS, DTS tools, DETA wizard, everything... and the odd thing is, all these tools work perfectly fine on another db server that is basically an exact replica of the problem server... any recommendations on where to start for tracking down the problem? |

slow connections with SSMS
