Error "Unable to connect to report server .... "

Hi

I have download SQL Server Express 2008 sp1 on win xp sp3. When I go to Reporting Service Config Manager I get error:

"Unable to connect to report server WMI Provider" Details "Invalid Namespace"

Can you please help?
