CTRL+K to toggle bookmarks stopped working

CTRL+K to toggle bookmarks stopped working

For some reason, when I open SSMS 2012, I am able to toggle (open) bookmarks, but part way into my session, it stops working. I searched the web for a solution but didn't find any.

Has anyone else had that problem? Any idea of how to fix it?
