Jason writes "I have created a subscription using the ReportHistoprySnapshotUpdated event. Because of the requirement that a domain account used to run RS must have read rights to objects in the domain to be able to embed a report in an email (which our customers won't accept), I am including only a link to the report in the email. The basic problem is that the link in any subscription email is only to the report, not to a specific snaphot. If the someone clicks that link from the email a week from now, they will only get the most recent snapshot, and not the snapshot that caused the email to be sent in the first place. Is there a way to get the report history snapshot datetime stamp appended to the link URL that gets included in the email?" |
