| I've designed a process that exports real cubes from Analysis services to .cub files, that are uploaded to a web page so you have the ability of downloading the latest data from a webpage.I download the cub file, open it with excel and i'm able to arrange a full excel-based report. But when I download the cube and overwrite the old one with it, I'm not able to open the excel and hit "refresh". If i do it, excel asks me about a connection to the data source (with the default values of the original AS Server). I can choose to use a local cube, but when i do it, excel hangs.I can refresh the cube adding and removin a dimension, but that destroys every dinamic grpah i've done, which is not very nice to me.I've installed every update availbale for windows xo and excel 2003.¿Any ideas?Thanks in advance |
