| I've just finished Chapter 1 in "MDX Solutions with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 and Hyperion Essbase Second Edition".It's blown me away. Already I can tell MDX is going to be an amazing tool for me (provided I can get by DW & OLAP db designed right of course!).I think I will probably focus on SQL and MDX (and the associated design skill requirements & Tools) for the rest of my career. There is so much that can be accomplished with these two languages. It's quite incredible.(Yes I know, I'm sounding like one sad geek. But it's true.) |
