| I capture the output from fn_virtualfilestats to a table every 5 minutes.For some 5 minute periods I am showing more than 5 minutes of iostall time.My understandig of this counter was it showed the amount of iostallms since the last start of the server.Example DataTime IOstallMS_fromstart Reads_FromStart Writes_FromStart10:25 955448046 318137262 4809432510:30 959500300 318447143 48141441 4052254 IOSTALLMS. 4052 sec for 5 min if my math is correct 309881 Reads 47116 WritesWe have a lot or parallel execution queries.Is this value related to the waittimes of these queries?ThanksLance Harra |
