There's an article in the New York Times today. An AOL employee was arrested for selling AOL registrant email addresses to spammers in Las Vegas. I think he got about $150,000 for the list.Tough to protect data from insiders. |

I'll be watching for the preventative measures that develop following this (and other) cases. Background checks, fingerprinting, signed agreements, security checkpoints on entry/exit...Hard to catch those thumb drives at security checkpoints. |

I don't know that it even really matters in this case. AOL has great spam filtering. So great that once you get blacklisted, it takes forever to get off.Corey |
