| I have an SQl statement of the natureInsert into linked_server_tblname select * from local_tableI put this in a jon on the local sql server and run it but it fails. When I do it from query Analyzer it works. How may I get it working as a job?All help appreciated. |

| Not sure I understand what you are asking about the setup of the linked server. For the SQLSERVERAGENT, the service account does not have access to the likned server as far as I know. I will give it access from within EM and see where it goes. Well it works, Thank you.All help appreciated. |
