Is there a sample Access database...something similar to the Northwind sample database provided in SQL Server? I was looking for a sample Access database that had reports, queries, forms, etc. that I could utilize in my learning process as I'm working through some new skills. Thanks for any input.-D- |

when you install Access, you have the option of installing the sample databases. they live somewhere under the MS Access folder, do a search for MBD files in there. probably in a folder called "samples" or something. you may need to go to Office Setup and change components to install these if you don't have them.in fact, if i recall, the sample Access DB is also called Northwind. it has forms, reports, all kinds of stuff.- Jeff |
