Sorry for asking so much questions, but I hope by asking questions, will also help others find answers.I'm creating a company form that will send out forms to certain clients base on a number of criteria. I'm using an embedded form within another form. It seems to be fine when viewing it, but when I go to print preview I get an extra blank form. No matter what I try, I can't seem to get it to print only the first page. Any ideas or help? |

Figured out the problem now. I have the report too wide so it prints it in two pages. |

Did you know for landscape reports you can simply flip the width and height values to go from 8.5 x 11 to 11x8.5 and get landscape reports.I must admit the majority of my reports are in landscape mode. This gives me a lot more room horizontally for text fields that may display description information.Jon |

I did not know that. I know that if I change the size it will increase or decrease, but never really think about landscape by just flipping the values around. Good to know. Thanks for the info. |
