Is there any query I can use to check the access permissions on the table about what user has select,update,delete for a table or is there any system sp i can use

I tried with this sp_table_privileges table name but I couldn't see the login i use to login to the query analyzer

the login you used to log into query analyzer probably has "implied" permissions to this table. ie: sysadmin, dbo, member of a role that did appear on the list, etc...
