Hi,
I need to create mailing labels (name and address). For example, no column names! just the data like so:

Mr James Bond
100 Olympic Cir
Sunnydale, CA 90210

Is there any way to output the results to a word doc?
Or can I only export the data to a txt file and then do a mail merge in word?

Any ideas??
Thanks,

Best regards,
Zim

Use MS Access to link to your SQL Server data. You can create mailing labels really easily using an Access Report.

I've done the mail merge way, and that works. I've also used 3rd party reporting tools to create mailing labels from my SQL database.
