Anyone bump into a program that makes it fairly painless to convert an Access 2000 database into a MS SQL Server2000 database?I have acc2mssd.exe program, but it does not convert tables, reports, or relationships. Hmmm Should be something out there, after all, were not talkikng converting foxpro into SQL 2000 Vernon"Never argue with an idiot..they will only bring you down to their level and beat you with years of experience" |

Upsizing wizard will convert tables and other back end objects into sql server. To convert forms and reports, you need third party tools. But there aren't many good ones out there. Unless your app is very simple, most of the times, they don't work very well. That being said, here are some of them.http://www.diamondedge.com/products/Convert-Access-to-VB.htmlhttp://www.softwarevault.com/Application-Addins/Access-To-Visual-Basic-Object-Converter.xmlhttp://www.microtools.us/default.htmhttp://www.gfminc.com/ |
