import sql 2000 db to sql 7.0 server

import sql 2000 db to sql 7.0 server

I need to move a db from sql2000 to sql7.0.

All i need to move is the stored procedures, relationships, and tables w/data.

DTS is apparently not an option as they are not backwards compatible.

Can anyone suggest a manner of transfer?
