Hi,I was just wondering if there is any way to link Outlook to the subscription creation for reports. I am looking for an easy way to gain access to the contact list in Outlook in order to create subscriptions for a large group of people and I didn't want to be typing out email addresses each time. Also I am asking this for the reason of modifying the sender list after the subscription is created, there will be many times the lists will have to be modified and using something linked to Outlook would make things much easier. Thanks |

Do you use sharepoint? If so you can use the report viewer web part to easily add / delete / modify subscriptions, in fact you can take the administration out by having the end user manage it.Jon Keeping the web experience alive -- http://www.web-impulse.comImperfection living for perfection -- http://jhermiz.blogspot.com/ |
