Hi

can i type the filter options in the reporting services in the url

for excemple

(http://t07/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2fTest2%2fWork+Item+List&Work+Item+Type=task...)

please help me

yes you can if you notice:

http://myServer/ReportServer?%2fConcerto-Reports%2fTask+Last+Update+Overdue+By+Number+Of+Days&SUBJECT%3aisnull=True&AUTHOR%3aisnull=True&PROJECTNAME%3aisnull=True&CATEGORY%3aisnull=True&NumbDays=30&StartDate%3aisnull=True&EndDate%3aisnull=True&rs%3aCommand=Render&rs%3AFormat=HTMLOWC

All of those & symbols are parameters. I entered 30 days for the parameter NumbDays.

Hello,

one more question

I have created a Filter in a Report Project

now i want that the filter works

i have from linking the filter options to the sql...

how can i make this please help me

No link, I learned by doing a lot of this. I also noticed the parameters in the office component export of the report. To verify run a report and watch profiler to see parameters being passed to the database. Or alternatively export the report to the office web component and look at the url.

Sorry I don't know what else to say regarding this, you just need to simply append the parameter result to the hyperlink of the report you are opening.
