I have some forms that do not allow me to add rows to a table...any idea why? The bound data source is just the table name. It seems very simple...but it's greyed out.

Can you add rows directly to the table from Access?

This can sometimes happen if Access doesn't know what the primary key is. Perhaps it's worth a look.

The form setting allow edit could also be set to false.
